Mudflaps Fitting Guide

Carmats4u supply all car mats, mudflaps and car parts with installation instructions if required. We also supply fitting kits containing parts for assembly and fixation. If you cannot find the fitting instructions, you can usually download them from the product details page. If you find any fitting parts missing, we shall try to provide replacements for you. All headlamp protectors and headlight covers also come complete with neccessary hardware, as do bonnet protectors and weathershields

Order Tracking and Delivery Status from Carmats4u

You can track your order with carmats4u either by Tracking Reference of by Order Number.

You should have received an email following order confirmation with these references. If you cannot find this email, please contact us at sales@carmats4u.com.au.

We offer this integral order tracking service to ensure that your car parts arrive swiftly and promptly. Most orders are delivered within 5 working days.

You should receive a Delivery Confirmation upon dispatch of your order from carmats4u. This should be sent within 4 working days of your order of a specific car part. Should there be any issues of stock availability, again such information should be provided by carmats4u shortly after placing your order.

This service is available for those orders where Courier Dispatch has been selected as the delivery option.

All car mats are sent in grey mailing sacks to ensure full protection of the car part, and competitive delivery prices.

Mud flaps are generally packaged in white heavy duty boxes, to ensure they are safely delivered to your door.

Carmats4u does all it sees neccessary to try to ensure your part arrives on time, in excellent condition and without difficulty.

We deliver using standard carriers such as Australia Post, as well as with shipping courier companies including UPS, Startrack Express and Couriers Please.

We have the facility through the order process for Special Instructions to be left for the shipping agent, for example, "leave with neighbour if not in". This is at the discretion of the customer, and is by no way an obligatory service. Should you select such a special instruction, it is the responsibility of the Customer to ensure that prior arrangements have been made with any third parties involved. Hitech Autoparts (Australia) assumes no responsibility for third parts losses incurred as a result of special instructions requesting parcels to be left at a third party address should the Customer not be present at the Primary Address as per Customer Order.
